We are very proud and glad to receive this important award. We celebrate this great occasion again with Eulia Arkitektura, Yaiza Terré, Ajuntament de Barcelona, Constecnia and Societat Orgànica!
The New European Bauhaus prize ceremony took place in the old industrial building of Art Nouveau style "Les Ateliers des Tanneurs", which was restored as part of the Brussels initiative towards urban revitalisation and reconversion of old industrial sites.
“The New European Bauhaus is about our daily lives, focusing on better living together in more beautiful, sustainable and inclusive places. To accelerate the green transition, contribute to the recovery and to ensure a better living together for all, we have to capitalise on the existing wealth of knowledge, experience and capacities as much as to call for new visions, new ideas and new solutions. It is about bridging the global challenges with the local solutions to achieve our climate targets and support a broader transformation perspective.”
We take this opportunity to congratulate all the winning projects in other categories and especially La Fábrika de Toda La Vida, a wonderful initiative in Los Santos de Maimona (Badajoz), an award-winning project in the category of "Regenerated urban and rural spaces", in which we have had the pleasure of participating since its inception in 2011.
